Asset Data Platform team
is crucial to Coinbase, overseeing all blockchain data. We are tasked with developing systems that provide real-time asset and blockchain information essential to our operations. Every trade, chart, wallet balance, and DeFi position stems from our team's efforts, as we manage massive data flows that power vital services, including Coinbase Exchange, Wallet, and DEX. Your Role Responsibilities: Design and implement cutting-edge crypto data systems to elevate Coinbase's offerings.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive product development and optimize financial operations.
Influence the strategic direction and execution plan for the Asset Data team.
Prioritize individual projects, managing deadlines and deliverables with your technical expertise.
Mentor and guide team members on design methodologies and coding best practices.
Produce high-quality, rigorously tested code that meets customer needs effectively.
What We Seek: A minimum of 10 years of backend software development experience using Golang or similar languages.
Experience architecting and developing solutions for complex, high-impact challenges.
A strong technical foundation in distributed systems capable of managing large-scale data processing.
Proven leadership in coordinating multifaceted, cross-organizational projects while ensuring architectural integrity.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
A relentless drive to achieve ambitious goals with dedication and perseverance.
A passion for creating a transparent financial system that connects the world.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
A background in both startups and large enterprises.

The target annual salary for this position ranges from $253,895 to $298,700 USD. Full-time offers from Coinbase include bonus eligibility, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package, encompassing medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
