Serco is actively seeking a driven Global Learning Data Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the Joint Staff J7, Joint Lessons Learned Program. This position is located in Suffolk, Virginia, and requires on-site engagement. To be successful in this role, you must hold an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance and have the capability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance. The ideal candidate will collect and analyze extensive datasets, providing insights and developing solutions that align with our organizational objectives within the Collective Joint Training task order. Your responsibilities will include: Collecting and preparing data from various sources for thorough analysis. Analyzing large volumes of unstructured data to identify valuable trends and patterns. Developing machine learning models and predictive algorithms to address business challenges. Utilizing statistical techniques to validate findings and ensure data accuracy. Automating processes with AI tools and programming techniques. Creating engaging visualizations and comprehensive reports to effectively communicate analysis results. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to apply insights derived from data. Staying updated on the latest tools and methodologies in data science. Key qualifications include: U.S. Citizenship. An active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Data Analytics, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in designing, planning, analyzing, executing, assessing, and reporting activities with minimal supervision. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including experience in composing formal reports. A proven track record of effectively planning tasks and tracking progress. Willingness to work on-site in Suffolk, Virginia, with potential travel up to 10%. Additional desired attributes: Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Able to prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong troubleshooting skills and logical reasoning abilities. Ability to present technical information in an accessible manner. Eager to collaborate with customers and stakeholders across internal and external teams. Experience creating deliverables for senior leadership.
