About
Support Adobe Analytics Center of Excellence and act as the subject matter expert for Adobe Analytics. Analyze data to produce meaningful and actionable insights for core stakeholders of the business. Build Reports and Dashboards to serve ongoing data needs. Train other analysts to upskill on Adobe Analytics.
Primary Role: Support Adobe Analytics Center of Excellence with reporting requests and dashboards Articulate insights to stakeholders Support and work closely with Customer Journey Analytics analysts and CX platform Manager Train other analysts on Adobe Analytics Necessary Skills
Proactive investigation anomalies/irregularities Takes initiative to produce results independently; speaks up when challenges arise; communicates proper support needed Critical thinking skills to get to meaningful outcomes Able to incorporate additions and extensions to dashboards on the fly Understanding data processing rules, fundamentals of data environment Circle back to business plan--make results make sense Technical Acumen:
Adobe Analytics - expert level, would like to see experience supporting multiple clients/environments Tableau Dashboard Visualization and Tableau Prep SQL Retail industry background a plus Journey Analytics background a plus
