Our comprehensive suite includes unified, configuration-driven machine learning APIs and user-friendly interfaces that streamline the entire machine learning lifecycle, including data management, training, predictions, orchestration, model management, and experimentation. Our aim is to empower clients through advanced large language models (LLMs), enriching their Salesforce experiences. What you'll do: Design and implement scalable generative AI services for integration with diverse applications, managing numerous tenants in production environments.
Enhance system efficiency through automation, focusing on capacity planning, configuration management, performance tuning, monitoring, and root cause analysis.
Participate in on-call rotations to address critical issues as they arise.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Data Scientists, and Deep Learning Researchers to gather customer insights, prototype designs, and deploy innovative solutions.
Engage in meaningful discussions with your team on intriguing topics, such as: the impact of panda bear cuteness on survival, the comparison of love as a decision tree versus a regression model, and societal advancements with different digit counts.
Required Skills: 6+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, focused on building AI systems and/or distributed services.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field, showcasing strong knowledge in algorithms, data structures, and software design.
Experience in developing distributed microservice architectures on AWS, GCP, or similar public cloud platforms.
Familiarity with modern container deployment technologies, including Kubernetes and Spinnaker.
Demonstrated success in innovation and operational excellence at a large scale.
Proficient in JVM-based languages (Java, Scala) and Python.
Well-versed in distributed, scalable systems and advanced data storage and processing frameworks like Kafka, Spark, Docker, and Hadoop.
Driven, resilient, and possess a sense of ownership, complemented by strong collaboration and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of MLOps and machine learning infrastructure workflows and components.
Robust experience in developing and utilizing machine learning models for business solutions.
Knowledge of Sagemaker, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Triton, Spark, or other large-scale distributed machine learning technologies.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative solutions for unresolved challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record of building strong professional relationships and fostering collaboration across technical and business teams.
