The Opportunity:
The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Program Manager works in the office and helps build and implement tasks related to Fisher Investments' SEO and reputation management strategy. You will ensure content aligns with requirements, produce performance reports on SEO strategies, and collect data on similar websites in the financial services industry for further optimization improvements. Additionally, you will propose refinements to strategies based on observed metrics, maintain team documentation, and much more. You will report to the group manager of Global Reputation Management, and work primarily onsite.
The Day-to-Day:
Manage a program to ensure the elements are completely and efficiently meeting our requirements
Manage all phases of various projects from envisioning through deployment
Identify potential process improvements, recommend solutions, and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the department
Coach, mentor, and motivate junior team members
Develop new reports for senior management
Maintain specific documentation related to our SEO activities
Communicate project updates and outcome to team members outside the Reputation Group
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
4+ years of direct SEO content and analysis experience.
Highly developed qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
Able to analyze various situations and develop creative solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Able to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment.
Able to manage time effectively and prioritize workload across various tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Proficient in SEO analysis tools such as ScreamingFrog, AHREFs, SEMRush, Moz, and more.
Knowledge of website content and coding guidelines as provided by search engines with significant market share.
