About

The Cary Company is seeking an on-site Technical SEO Analyst to lead our search engine optimization strategy and execution. In this role, you’ll partner with technical, product, creative, and marketing teams to drive measurable organic growth. You will run audits, perform technical reviews, analyze performance, identify issues, and test solutions. You’ll own reporting, deliver actionable insights, and clearly communicate recommendations across all levels of the business.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment. You think big, execute quickly, and have strong judgment, documentation habits, and communication skills.
Salary Range: $65,000 – $78,000 annually (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Identify new and innovative ways to increase organic traffic and search visibility
Build and manage SEO strategies across major search engines
Audit and analyze SEO performance to uncover issues and opportunities
Translate data and insights into clear, data-driven optimizations
Develop and execute an SEO experimentation and testing roadmap
Collaborate closely with creative, product managers, and leadership on strategy
Serve as the SEO subject matter expert and communicate performance to executives
Requirements
3+ years of professional SEO experience
1+ years of marketing analytics experience
Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and identify improvements
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver results
Clear and persuasive communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
