PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
As the Lead Data Analytics Team member, you will guide a talented group of data analysts, craft detailed reports, and analyze vital corporate and client-specific data. You will serve as a technical advisor, offering your expertise on data analysis and benchmarking issues, while liaising with clients as needed. Your role will also encompass providing training and education in data analytics for program staff and offering technical guidance to analysts across various offices. ARE YOU THE PERFECT FIT?

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: Experience in project management is preferred. Overseeing a team of data analysts by assigning projects and managing workflow. Developing thorough and precise information reports, including OSHA reporting for specific clients. Creating complex data reports and conducting analyses for forecasting and benchmarking to inform senior management's decisions. Communicating data findings directly to senior management to address forecasting and client needs. Gathering and analyzing company or client-specific information requirements, and providing actionable feedback. Conducting sophisticated data analyses to support program objectives and fulfill senior management's requirements. Being an invaluable resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking best practices. Providing technical guidance to analysts dedicated to client service across multiple locations. Delivering training and educational support in data analysis for team members. QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited institution is preferred. Courses in Computer Science are also beneficial. Eight (8) years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience is required, including four (4) years in the insurance industry and four (4) years in statistical analysis. Supervisory experience is a plus. Skills & Knowledge: Project Management. Understanding of risk management information systems, including their utilization and functionality. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities. Proficiency in PC applications, particularly Microsoft Office products. Strong analytical and interpretive skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills. A collaborative spirit to work effectively in a team environment. A proven ability to meet or exceed performance expectations. A credit check is required. Experience in Project Management, SQL, and Python is highly desirable.
