About this Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Junior Configuration Analyst, where you will play a key role in designing and optimizing applications for our end-users.

• Analyze business issues/requirements and workflows to apply your application knowledge and meet operational needs.


• Design, build, test, document, educate, implement, support, and maintain or optimize assigned applications and solutions.


• Collaborate with customers contributing to the analysis, testing,& documentation of software projects.

The primary objective of this position is to serve as liaison between system end-users (customers), operational leaders & vendors by working closely with them on their assigned tasks. In addition one must possess sufficient detailed healthcare knowledge& systems expertise required in implementing those aforementioned medium complexity activities concerning relevant user problem resolution.
