Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or other designated equipment.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carriers, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Replenish inventory stock in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Operate various warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and potential issues.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company standards, including proper Lifting techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting, standing, and walking.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
