Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in Miami, Florida! We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to play a key role in our order fulfillment process. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and speed. This position is crucial to our logistics operations and directly impacts customer satisfaction. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing scanning technology and various warehouse equipment. A strong focus on Safety is required, and all employees must use the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is beneficial, but we offer comprehensive training for motivated candidates. You should be comfortable with physical activity, including frequent Lifting. Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential as we work together to achieve our goals. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing and labeling packages.
- Stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear all mandated PPE, including safety glasses and gloves.
- Contribute to team efforts and support overall logistics objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and Lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Commitment to Safety protocols and following all instructions.
- Willingness to wear and use required PPE.
- Basic computer literacy.
