Join our dynamic team in Boise, Idaho, as a Forklift Operator. We are looking for a certified and experienced individual to manage the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our warehouse. This position is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled correctly from receiving to shipping. The ideal candidate will be highly safety-conscious, possess excellent operating skills, and be committed to maintaining a productive work environment. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, contributing to timely order fulfillment and inventory management. Responsibilities include:
- Operating a forklift to load, unload, move, stack, and retrieve materials within the warehouse.
- Conducting daily pre-shift checks on the forklift and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Adhering strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ensuring accurate placement and identification of all goods handled.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area, free from obstructions and hazards.
- Assisting with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Collaborating with warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and smooth logistics operations.
- Participating in safety meetings and training sessions.
- Performing other warehouse duties as assigned.
