We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our busy distribution center in Denver, Colorado. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
  • Store merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Load outbound trucks as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout the entire shift.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and basic logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
