We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations within the warehouse, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance. You will ensure operational efficiency, maintain high standards of safety, and manage inventory effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to fostering a productive and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management and a deep understanding of logistics operations. You will supervise and train warehouse staff, monitor performance, and implement improvements to streamline processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel.
- Ensure efficient receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring all staff adhere to PPE guidelines.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Manage the operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment, ensuring proper maintenance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Address and resolve operational issues and employee concerns promptly.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions on safe Lifting practices.
