Job Summary:
Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team! In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from receipt to shipment. Your duties will encompass a range of activities including picking, packing, sorting, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will be required to follow all safety guidelines and utilize the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). This position demands physical stamina, as you will be involved in frequent lifting and the movement of goods throughout the facility. As a key member of our fulfillment operations, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
  • Process orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
  • Sort and organize merchandise within the fulfillment center.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy metrics.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize fulfillment processes and logistics.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
