You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, accurately locating and retrieving items based on order tickets, and meticulously packaging them for safe delivery. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory control tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A strong understanding of and commitment to workplace safety.
