We are seeking a diligent and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our facility. This role demands attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is a team player, able to follow instructions accurately, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific requirements.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
