Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment and technology, such as scanners and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent scanning and data entry.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Perform tasks involving significant Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Understanding and enforcement of Safety procedures.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
