Your duties will include unloading trucks, verifying received items against purchase orders, inspecting for damage or defects, and meticulously recording all incoming inventory into our system. This role requires a sharp eye for detail and a systematic approach to managing documentation and inventory. You'll be working with various warehouse equipment, and a strong commitment to **Safety** is non-negotiable. This includes understanding and implementing all **Safety** procedures and consistently using the required **PPE**. The position involves physical tasks, such as **Lifting** up to 50 pounds, and requires the ability to stand and move for extended periods in a dynamic **Logistics** setting. - Accept and unload incoming deliveries from carriers.
- Verify product counts and descriptions against shipping documents.
- Inspect goods for any damage or discrepancies and report accordingly.
- Accurately input receiving data into the inventory management system.
- Organize received items and prepare them for put-away or further processing.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe receiving area.
- Comply with all **Safety** regulations and use appropriate **PPE**.
- Support **Logistics** team with inventory-related tasks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in receiving or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
- Capability of **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse **Safety** best practices.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and **Logistics** principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
