Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Kansas City, Missouri. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate is physically fit, capable of performing tasks that involve frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. We value teamwork, efficiency, and a commitment to safety in all aspects of our operations. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic individuals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and ability to wear required PPE.
