We are seeking motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient handling of goods within our facility. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming materials.
- Pick items accurately from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring items are protected.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment as trained and authorized.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks involving manual dexterity and moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety.
- Willingness to follow instructions and wear required PPE.
