Job Summary:
Our growing logistics operation in Sacramento, California, is looking for a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a wide range of duties essential to the efficient operation of our warehouse. This includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will work with a variety of products, ensuring they are handled with care and accuracy. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic warehouse setting. You will be operating equipment, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall success of our logistics chain. We value efficiency, accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Opportunities for cross-training and skill development are available. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload shipments from various carriers.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Assist with loading outbound trucks.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and Logistics procedures.
  • Must wear appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Strong understanding and adherence to Safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently and productively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
