proactive, organised, and detailed Hire/Sales Coordinators to support our existing hire desk team. The Role This is a fast-paced, highly reactive, customer engaging role while acting as a key link between our clients and our Operations team, ensuring the smooth coordination of hires while identifying opportunities to increase revenue within the Blade group of companies. Key Role Responsibilities Diligently manage and coordinate hire enquiries from existing clients Prepare hire quotations and follow up to secure work purchase orders Work as part of a wider team Maintain strong relationships with clients through clear and professional communication Extract and clarify client requirements to ensure accurate service delivery Identify and develop sales opportunities from incoming enquiries and existing accounts Handle contract documentation, job tracking, and provide invoicing support Resolve client queries quickly and effectively Maintain accurate records within company systems Key Skills Required Excellent friendly communication and customer service skills Detail focused individual.
