About
Seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our operations in Richmond, Virginia. This role is crucial for our logistics network, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. You will be involved in picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. A proactive approach to safety, including the correct use of PPE, is essential for success in this position. Your contribution will directly impact our customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
- Pack products securely, ensuring they are ready for shipping.
- Conduct quality control checks on orders before they are dispatched.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas, following all warehouse safety guidelines.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment as needed.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Understand and follow all company procedures, with a focus on safety and logistics efficiency.
- Utilize all required PPE properly and consistently.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous. Candidates must be capable of frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods. Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are necessary. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment is required. A strong commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE is mandatory. Must be 18 years or older.
