Join our thriving logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Provo, Utah! This role is key to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a range of activities within the warehouse, including picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipping carriers.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist in receiving and stocking of incoming inventory as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics operation.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for the duration of the shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory control.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be committed to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
