Join our vibrant team as a Picker/Packer in Las Vegas, Nevada! This role is fundamental to our fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for picking items from warehouse shelves, verifying order accuracy, and packing them securely for transit. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on customer orders using a pick list or scanner.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packing materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment according to **logistics** procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and assist with general warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and **PPE** guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment and shipping times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and **lifting** up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to maintaining a **safe** work environment and using **PPE**.
- Good time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
