Join our vibrant Logistics operation in Miami, Florida, as an Order Picker! This dynamic role is crucial for the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. As an Order Picker, you will navigate the warehouse using an RF scanner to locate and retrieve specific items for various orders. Precision and efficiency are key as you contribute to the seamless flow of goods from our shelves to our customers. The ideal candidate possesses excellent attention to detail, a good sense of direction within a warehouse environment, and the ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team. You will be handling a variety of products, requiring careful handling and adherence to picking accuracy standards. We offer comprehensive training on our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and all associated equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations using RF scanners.
- Verify order accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE .
- Report any discrepancies or damages found during picking.
- Meet productivity goals and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as required.
- Must be comfortable with Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient warehouse atmosphere.
