We are hiring Order Pickers for our facility in Denver, Colorado! In this role, you will be a crucial part of our logistics team, responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Precision, speed, and a commitment to safety are key to success in this position. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and we expect strict adherence to all safety protocols. The ideal candidate is physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. Experience using RF scanners and other warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required as training will be provided. Your daily tasks will include reading order sheets, locating products, picking the correct quantities, verifying item details, and preparing orders for the packing and shipping departments. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders according to pick lists.
- Locate products efficiently within the warehouse.
- Verify item numbers, descriptions, and quantities.
- Operate electric pallet jacks and other picking equipment as needed.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or safety hazards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the entire shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic reading comprehension and numerical skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
