About
Become an Order Picker at our St. Louis, Missouri facility and play a key part in our distribution process. You will be responsible for accurately retrieving specified items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is critical to our logistics operations and requires precision, efficiency, and a strong adherence to safety procedures. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and expect every team member to prioritize safety in all tasks. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to navigate the warehouse environment for extended periods. Familiarity with RF scanners and order picking equipment is an advantage, but comprehensive training will be provided. Your daily responsibilities will include reading order pick lists, locating items in the warehouse, picking the correct quantities, verifying items, and preparing them for the packing station. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation is also a key part of the job. Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good eyesight and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Previous warehouse or picking experience is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
