Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and retrieve products from designated warehouse areas based on order pick lists.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and confirm order accuracy.
- Inspect picked items for quality and condition prior to staging.
- Organize and stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as required.
- Follow all logistics procedures for efficient order processing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and scanning technology.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capacity for frequent Lifting and moving of products.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to Safety principles and workplace conduct.
- Team player with good communication skills.
