Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Store merchandise in designated locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Pick items accurately for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies safely.
- Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely.
- Familiarity with inventory control principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to handle physical demands of the job, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Commitment to Safety and following all work instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
