Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid 3/2) Onsite Flexibility: 40% Remote Duration: 6+ month contract to hire Description: 2 rounds 1st - Virtual - 15-30 minutes, technical screen. 2nd - onsite - 1hr/1.5hrs. Need to have flexible availability for deployments - some nights/weekends. Day-to-Day Overview: In this role, you'll spend most of your time designing and evolving technical solutionspartnering closely with stakeholders to define system architecture, build and explain data flows, and ensure designs align with both business needs and security standards. You'll balance hands-on solution design with risk assessment, documentation, and cross-team collaboration, acting as a trusted technical advisor from concept through deployment. Required Qualifications: Solution Architecture Focus (80%) Design end-to-end technical solutions, including system backgrounds, data flows, and overall architecture Build and clearly articulate data flows, dependencies, and process logic to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Translate business requirements into scalable, well-structured technical designs Security & Compliance Focus (20%) Ensure all solutions meet established security standards from initial design through deployment Proactively identify potential risks and implement remediation strategies to maintain compliance and system integrity Strong Communication Skills Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts, designs, and tradeoffs Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders Career Progression & Experience Background beginning in an administrative or development role, with growth into an architecture position Approximately 58 years of experience in a prior technical role and 35 years in an architect role 10+ years of overall professional experience Preferred Qualifications: Consulting background with exposure to multiple industries and problem domains Experience in Cruise and/or Gaming environments is a strong plus
