Job Purpose
The Supply Chain Analyst, Replenishment Planner will
report directly to the Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Analyst,
Replenishment Planner is responsible for providing support to the assigned
analysts by fielding inquiries regarding product information, customer orders,
and principal related questions.  The Supply Chain Analyst, Replenishment
Planner will work in conjunction with the principal, sales, internal
departments, and warehouses to solve all issues and questions.  They
partner with other team members to explore opportunities for process
improvements while instilling the company's core values into the day-to-day
operations of the department. 

Duties and Responsibilities
Provides support services to assigned analysts by managing inbound orders, fielding inquiries regarding product, order, and principal related questions.
Manages PO documentation in ERP and supplier portals.
Tracking & Tracing of inbound shipments- manage inbound KPIs
Collaborate and arrange freight with in-house logistics team, 3PL broker or vendor.
Communicates order updates to Customer Service Department regarding ETAs and utilizes reporting and analysis to highlight and understand gaps in supply.
Execution of Stock Transfers within the North American Supply Network
Prepare and manage customs documentation as needed.
Resolve and trouble shoot issues- focus on PO accuracy KPI
Processes advanced ship notices, order confirmations, and receipts accurately and within guidelines and alert assigned analyst of any potential issues.
Work with internal teams and principals on receiving discrepancies and alert Supply Chain analyst of any potential issues.
Resolves conflicts by assisting team, warehouses, principals, sales, and internal departments.
Assists other team members, as needed, to achieve departmental goals.
Attends and participates in department meetings and other department meetings as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Competencies
Required
Qualifications:
Obtained or working towards Supply Chain degree or Supply designation
1-2 years' experience in Supply Chain
Technical skills (MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Prior experience using ERP systems
Demonstrated Problem solving ability
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Organizational skills
Detail oriented
Desired

Bachelor's degree in Business.

Compensation
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
