Role Summary

The Junior Project Manager supports project execution by assisting with project tasks, following up with stakeholders, and maintaining detailed and accurate project documentation. This role helps ensure project activities stay on track and that project information is clearly documented and communicated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day project tasks and coordination activities

  • Track project actions, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies

  • Follow up with stakeholders to obtain updates, inputs, and approvals

  • Maintain project documentation including project plans, requirements, meeting notes, and status updates

  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings; capture notes, decisions, and action items

  • Ensure project details are documented accurately and kept up to date in project tools

  • Identify risks, issues, and gaps and escalate as needed

  • Support communication across project teams to ensure alignment

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with project management tools (Airtable, smartsheet, Jira, and similar, etc)

  • Familiarity with basic project management concepts and methodologies
