Over the past two years, the firm has completed over $200 M of transactions with the intention of creating a $1B+ real-estate fund over the next 2-3 years. Investment Analyst Intern, Deals

This full-time, 4 month internship offers hands-on experience across multiple real estate projects at Bluevale, supporting teams in investments, asset management, project management and more. The role requires exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Analysts will assist with research and due diligence for Canadian and U.S. multifamily deals, prepare pitch decks and investment presentations, support asset and property management, coordinate project timelines, conduct market research, track legal contracts, and contribute to marketing materials.

What You Will Do

·       Research & analyze Canadian and US Multifamily Deals (due diligence support, research, transaction coordination, etc)

·       Prepare pitch decks, such as lender & investment opportunity presentations

·       Coordinate project management on all real estate projects

·       Support asset and property management

·       Conduct thorough market research to generate insights that unlock new value opportunities

·       Track and analyze legal contracts ensuring compliance and timely execution

·       Assist marketing department and marketing material creation

·       Operations and on-site support (if needed)

·       Perform ad-hoc and miscellaneous tasks when needed

What We're Looking For

·       Current undergraduate student in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

·       Passionate about real estate

·       Strong academic track record with extracurricular involvement

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent work ethic

·       The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work

·       Organized, detail-oriented can perform under pressure or tight deadlines

·       Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

·       Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
