This is a head-office support role for a multi-location retail network - The Wine Shop. As Retail Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the connector between stores, marketing, operations, and external partners, ensuring promotions, materials, inventory flows, and third-party programs execute smoothly at the store level.

What this teammate will be responsible for -
Store & Retail Operations Support
Act as a key point of contact for store teams on promotions, systems questions, materials, and inventory flow
Maintain accurate store details (hours, contacts, online listings, signage)
Coordinate store materials including signage, business cards, uniforms, and equipment
Support delivery schedules, returns, and issue resolution between stores, warehouses, and delivery partners
Marketing & Promotions Execution
Coordinate the rollout of campaigns, price changes, LTOs, and in-store promotions across all locations
Order, distribute, and track marketing materials for stores
Support promotion setup in internal systems and ensure flawless execution at store level
Track promotion spend and support post-campaign performance reporting
Third-Party & Vendor Coordination
Serve as the day-to-day contact for third-party delivery, marketing, and printing partners
Maintain partner catalogues, pricing, product updates, and promotional calendars
Coordinate limited-time offers, supersales, and partner promotions with internal teams
Data, Reporting & Accuracy
Maintain product eligibility lists and inventory communications
Support monthly performance scorecards and campaign evaluations
Keep year-over-year tracking tools and reporting up to date
What experience, knowledge and skills this teammate will bring -
Ideally 2+ years in a retail head office support role (retail operations, trade marketing, field support, merchandising, or similar)
Experience supporting large, multi-location retail environments (100+ stores is a strong asset)
Background in retail, grocery, beverage alcohol, franchise, or consumer goods preferred
Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Strong communicator who enjoys working with store teams and external partners
Advanced Excel skills and confidence learning new systems (POS, inventory, master data)
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
