The Opportunity
Build the Future With Us – Join our Buildings Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) team and contribute to designing smarter, more sustainable buildings. You'll work alongside engineers and designers shaping the systems that keep communities running safely and efficiently.
Your Impact
- Support the design and analysis of electrical building systems, including lighting, power distribution, life‑safety systems, and renewable integrations.
- Apply engineering principles to deliver accurate calculations, design notes, and technical documentation that contribute to project success.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, architectural, and energy‑efficiency considerations.
- Assist in preparing drawings, specifications, and models using tools such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Contribute to real‑world project challenges by helping improve energy performance, constructability, and operational reliability.
- Participate in site visits, field reviews, and data collection activities to support engineering assessments.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- You're currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering degree program and bring curiosity, initiative, and a drive to learn.
- You have exposure to building‑related electrical concepts—power systems, circuits, lighting, or controls—through coursework or hands‑on experience.
- You're comfortable working in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms and eager to continue developing your technical toolkit.
- You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy solving practical engineering challenges with a multidisciplinary team.
- You care about contributing to sustainable, safe, and high‑performing buildings that directly serve communities.

Compensation
Compensation:
- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $24.00 – $32.25
- MB & ON: $22.50 – $30.25
- NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $21.50 – $30.25

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
