The Opportunity:

The Operations Director is responsible for leading the execution of the Digital Wealth Platform in Canada, in alignment with Objectway Group strategy.

The role ensures strong alignment between business priorities, technology evolution, regulatory requirements, and value delivery, translating Group strategy into an effective execution within the Canadian market.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance, the Operations Director supports an agile and decentralized operating model while ensuring consistency with Objectway Group standards, controls, and strategic objectives.

This role is based in Toronto with a hybrid presence to foster collaboration, alignment, and a strong local operating culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, client implementation, and client success, driving high-quality delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, budgets, and execution outcomes, providing clear reporting to the CEO and executive leadership.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Canadian offer, identifying risks and improvement opportunities and supporting continuous improvement across platforms and operating models.
  • Lead the adoption of an agile, decentralized governance model, ensuring alignment, transparency, and accountability.
  • Be the ambassador of the Objectway culture in Canada (inbound and outbound).

Required experience & profile
  • 5+ years of experience in operations and platform leadership, preferably within financial services, fintech, wealth management. Working in the role of a transformation leader.
  • Demonstrated experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations, translating strategy into execution.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, agile delivery models, and operating model evolution.
  • Familiarity with Canadian regulatory environments and working closely with risk, compliance, and control functions.
  • Strong executive and enterprise stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively across local and Group contexts.
  • Structured, pragmatic leadership style with sound judgment and decision-making capability.
