About

Position Responsibilities:

  • Read work orders to assemble components by hand or by using small hand operated equipment
  • Tests, calibrates, and fits parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
  • Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.
  • Maintain neat and orderly work areas and comply with all safety rules
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 0-2+ years of assembly experience
  • Basic math skills- addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to work independently

The employee must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, frequent hand motion and repetitive tasks requiring hand eye coordination for assembling parts, occasional immediate reaching and overhead reaching to perform various duties, frequent standing to perform various duties, occasional walking for short amounts of time to perform various duties, extended sitting for long periods of time at desk or workstation.
