Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout of a new program across our retail network. This role will own planning, coordination, execution, and delivery, ensuring the program is implemented on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to store operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working cross-functionally, and experienced in retail operations or multi-site program delivery.

Salary Range - $72,000 - $90,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of a program rollout across multiple retail locations
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including construction, retail operations, marketing, merchandising, training, and external vendors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related communication
  • Manage dependencies between workstreams to ensure smooth deployment
  • Ensure stores are rollout-ready (construction completed, training, materials, in-stock, marketing in place, etc.)
  • Track progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks as needed
  • Manage phased rollouts, and post-launch stabilization
  • Monitor KPIs and adoption metrics to measure program success
  • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve rollout processes

Experience and Education  

  • Bachelor's degree, Diploma or Certificate in business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–4+ years of project management experience, preferably in retail, multi-site operations, or program rollout environments
  • Proven experience delivering complex initiatives across multiple locations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing timelines, budgets, and vendors
  • Proficiency with project management tools (ie. Asana)
  • Retail operations or store-level experience preferred
  • Experience with change management and training deployment preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience rolling out customer-facing programs preferred
