Human Resources Generalist
KSR International - Ridgetown, ON

The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting HR operations. This position is responsible for delivering core HR services including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. In unionized environments, the HR Generalist also supports labour relations, including the interpretation and application of collective agreements, participation in union discussions, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and practices. The role partners with leadership and team members to foster a positive work environment aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.

Human Resources Manager

Qualifications:

Post-secondary certificate or diploma in Human Resources or equivalent experience. 2+ years of HR experience in a corporate or manufacturing setting. Experience in a unionized environment is preferred. Experience with recruitment and onboarding, HRIS and Time and Attendance.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Demonstrate the Mission, Vision and Values.
Maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal standards
Support HR functions for the life cycle of the team member (recruitment to offboarding).
Support HRIS module implementation as required.
Employee inquiries, concerns resolving workplace conflicts and assisting with conducting investigations.
Facilitate and support accommodation requests.
Administer employee benefit programs.
Support payroll processing and ensure accurate timekeeping.
Coordinate and deliver training as needed.
Administer collective agreements and participate in grievance handling and resolutions.

Salary Range:
$55,000 to $85,000 CAD
