Boston Pizza Shawnessy is a very busy location, and we're looking for a strong, organized Kitchen Supervisor to help lead our back-of-house team through the rush.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the line, leads by example, and knows how to keep a kitchen running smoothly when the pressure is on.

• $19–$21/hour (based on experience)

• Lead kitchen shifts and support daily BOH operations

• Expo during peak periods to ensure food quality and timing

• Coach and support line cooks and prep team members

• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety practices are followed

• Support prep planning, pars, and waste control

• Work closely with the KM and management team to hit COGs and labour targets

• Previous line cook or kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant

• Strong understanding of kitchen flow, timing, and organization

• Natural leader who can motivate and direct a team

• Calm, focused, and efficient under pressure

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

• Open availability for evenings and weekends
