Eventscape is looking for a skilled and hands-on Production Manager to bring complex architectural projects to life. From concept to installation, you'll oversee all production phases, working with the internal team of experts to deliver innovative, high-quality custom projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Production Manager at Eventscape you will:
- Oversee all production and installation departments to ensure optimal performance
- Coach and support team leaders, driving their growth and development
- Manage relationships with stakeholders including vendors and suppliers
- Determine resource requirements based on project specifications, conducting thorough research and analysis.
- Forecast production needs and plan for short and long term objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards
- Implement quality control measures and strategic risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain fiscal responsibility for purchases related to production and installation
- Uphold meticulous attention to detail in all administrative duties and project documentation.
- Prioritize tasks and time allocation in alignment with project goals and strategic imperatives.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone with:
- 5 years of production management with strong metal and millwork fabrication experience in related industries.
- Hands-on experience with diverse construction materials and fabrication processes such as metal, wood, solid surfaces (Corian), fabric, and acrylic.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for strategic planning.
- Background in custom design/fabrication, manufacturing, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of building systems, materials, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
- Ability to closely manage and support fabrication teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with managing detailed administrative tasks.
- Experience in managing complex projects and internal manufacturing processes.
- Significant experience in a shop or manufacturing environment with full understanding of safety protocols and standards
