Bring your culinary skills to one of Vancouver's most iconic locations As a Cook 1, you'll help craft delicious, consistent dishes that make every guest's visit memorable. You'll take the lead in preparing and cooking menu items, keeping the kitchen running smoothly, and supporting inventory needs. There's also opportunity to get involved in menu planning, portioning, costing, and ordering.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook meals with consistent standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
- Produce high quality food
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Maintain a clean kitchen and work area
- May assist with menu planning, determining the size of food portions, costs and ordering supplies

- Food Safe Level 2 certification required

The ideal candidate must be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business. While performing the duties of this position, team members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of time. Team members are occasionally required to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, or to lift and climb a step ladder or step stool.
The wage for this role is $24.50 per hour. This role is a seasonal summer contract from May to September 2026.
