Job Description:
As a Computer Technician specializing in Windows, Apple, and Linux systems, you'll diagnose, repair, and optimize a variety of devices. This role focuses on high-quality technical work while supporting our consumer and B2B clients.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair Windows and Apple hardware/software issues (e.g., macOS troubleshooting, component replacements).
- Handle Linux-based systems (e.g., server configurations, Ubuntu/CentOS repairs).
- Perform data recovery, virus removal, and system upgrades.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to ensure efficient resolutions.
- Document repairs and provide customer updates.
- Assist with on-site/remote support for B2B clients as needed.
- Collaborate with sales team on custom builds and recommendations.
- 2+ years of experience in computer repairs, with strong focus on Windows, Apple and Linux systems.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), CompTIA A+/Linux+, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Windows/Server, macOS, Linux distributions, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma; technical diploma or degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license for on-site visits.
- Available for full-time shifts (40 hours/week), including some weekends.
