We are seeking a passionate and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team and supervise our high-quality construction projects.YOUR MISSIONAs a Construction Site Manager at Bosredon SA, you will be at the heart of project execution directly on site. You will be responsible for the management and quality control of our projects while ensuring safety and compliance with deadlines. You will maintain fluid communication with all parties and collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, architects, and partners within the framework of a sustainable construction project.RESPONSIBILITIES• Site Management: Daily supervision of sites, teams, and subcontractors.• Project Estimation and Subcontractor Tendering: Perform measurements from provided plans, develop measurement books and tables. Analyze documents and techniques of the project and extract a summary. Evaluate technical and regulatory constraints related to projects in conjunction with engineering offices. Work closely with the project manager to integrate the technical specifics of the project. Develop submissions for tenders intended for subcontractors in conjunction with the project manager. Develop offers from suppliers and subcontractors in conjunction with the project manager.• Accurate Measurements: Conduct precise measurements from plans or on-site.• Tender Files: Prepare tender files, offers, and technical analyses.• Budgeting: Establish construction estimates and budgets.• Technical and Economic Variants: Propose technical and economic alternatives to ensure the competitiveness of our offers.• Close Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineering offices.• Quality, Safety, Environment Monitoring: Follow quality processes in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), report on Quality, Safety, and Environment monitoring. Control internal procedures and ISO standards.• Work Monitoring: Weekly planning follow-up. Coordinate tasks with project companies. Attend site meetings and write minutes. Follow up with companies.• Follow-up: Monitor prerequisites for acceptance (OPR), receiving work sections. Implement reception protocols.• Guarantee Follow-up: Address warranty defects. Manage stakeholders for defect rectification and defect release with approval.• Planning: Manage work schedules, track progress, and make necessary adjustments.• Quality, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance of work with quality, safety, and environmental standards.• Interface: Serve as a liaison between clients, architects, engineering offices, and internal teams.• Reporting: Prepare progress reports, manage budgets and costs.• Financial Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, control expenses and costs.• Invoice Management: Oversee subcontractors' billing and payments.YOUR MINDSET AND QUALITIES• Tenacity: You do not give up.
