The Sr. Creative Project Manager is the ultimate organizer and team collaborator. You are the keeper of information and timelines, always ensuring that projects are moving forward in a seamless manner. Our Sr. Creative Project Managers are involved from briefing to final delivery, and possess a deep understanding of each phase of a project lifecycle. This role works cross-functionally to manage and facilitate the creative & production workflow of each project.
Responsibilities:
- Work with PMO Leadership to manage projects through all stages of execution and delivery to ensure work is on time, accurate, and on budget.
- Monitor day-to-day milestones, understand client requirements, write proposals and briefs, and manage workflows.
- Optimize the delivery flow of teams, actively addressing the most complicated risks and dependencies, including where ownership exists outside the team or no clear ownership exists.
- Help to ensure creative quality, identify next steps, and drive projects from inception to delivery.
- Leverage your expertise in integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across various industries.
- Lead all aspects of project execution, including supporting deliverables such as pricing, budget analysis, timelines, channel strategy, measurement, and reporting.
- Responsible for experience spanning design, content development, and the implementation of social strategies.
- Track hours and manage project scope changes and costs against the budget.
- Foresee any roadblocks or issues and notify the team of resourcing issues, delivery status, and/or changes in the schedule.
- Develop strategic documents for client presentations, campaign/project plans, and program wrap and analysis reports.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in content plans for new and existing clients.
- Establishes strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners, allowing for problem-solving outside group meetings and calls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the marketing industry
- Proven experience in project management, with knowledge and/or understanding of creative and production
- Relevant certifications in project management or production would be a plus.
- Understanding of content strategies and marketing that leverage influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness and an in-depth knowledge of social media and its best practices
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral to ensure effective collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and clients
- Some knowledge of design principles with experience providing creative/design feedback.
- Highly confident using Google Suite Applications
This role has an annual salary range of CAD $85,000 - $105,000.
This range reflects the full scope and progression of the role, from building capability to operating with sustained impact at a higher level. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package designed to support our team as they grow with us.
