About the Role
Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Pharmacy Technician on behalf of a specialty pharmacy and IV infusion clinic in Victoria, BC. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team that delivers both traditional and specialty pharmacy services in a unique, inter-professional setting.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, registered technician who thrives in a dynamic, patient-focused environment and wants to contribute to advanced clinical care alongside pharmacists, nurses, and support staff.
What Youll Do
- Process and prepare prescriptions accurately and efficiently using Kroll
- Maintain compliance with BC College of Pharmacists standards and protocols
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders
- Prepare and package medications, including blister packs, compounding, and sterile products (if applicable)
- Assist in organizing workflow for optimal service delivery
- Support pharmacists in dispensing, documentation, and patient care coordination
- Contribute to a high-touch, team-based service model
- Help maintain paperless systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and providers
- Participate in training, team huddles, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- Active registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Proficiency in Kroll and pharmacy workflow systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
- Previous experience in a specialty pharmacy or clinical environment is an asset
