About
Our state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Seattle, Washington, is looking for motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our expanding logistics team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your duties will include picking, packing, and shipping products, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic, and can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You must be comfortable with physical work, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are required to adhere to strict Safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe Lifting techniques. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Process incoming inventory, including receiving, inspecting, and stocking.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners safely.
- Ensure order accuracy and quality control throughout the fulfillment process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and procedures.
- Utilize required PPE at all times.
- Perform tasks involving physical stamina, including consistent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize logistics workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adhere to required PPE usage.
