We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate for our busy distribution center located in Boston, Massachusetts. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders using our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Accurately pick products from inventory using RF scanners.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Pack items safely and securely for transit, meeting quality standards.
- Label packages correctly for domestic and international shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (training provided for suitable candidates).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Contribute to team goals and support colleagues to ensure efficient fulfillment operations within our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists, labels, and system instructions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including occasional overtime, as operational needs dictate.
