Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in our state-of-the-art facility in Orlando, Florida! We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety to support our daily warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role is crucial to the efficient functioning of our logistics network, ensuring products reach our customers accurately and on time. You will work in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and continuous improvement. Your role contributes directly to our overall success.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy using scanning technology.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving.
  • Assist with general warehouse upkeep and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Must be able to adhere to all safety regulations.
